We are committed to keeping janitor the best platform for creators. We use automated moderation tools combined with human review to ensure that we remove content violates our Terms of Service and Content Policy.

Moderation

When users publish content, it runs through various moderation systems, including Clavata and our custom VLMs and Zero-Shot models. It must pass automated moderation before publication.

You can report non-compliant content by:

• Clicking the Report button on the content page
• Opening a ticket through our help desk
• Emailing support@janitorai.com

Privacy

Privacy is incredibly important to us. We never read your chats, and no chat content is shared with third parties. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Data

Our automated systems review more than 1 million items per week.

We also have manual reporting processes where users can report non-compliant content and it is reviewed by a member of our moderation team.
